Conditions of sale for reservations / lodgings with animals depending on the conditions and availability of the hotel and the number of apartments available at the selected hotel.
1. It is allowed to stay 1 PET (dog / cat) small (up to 5 kg) in the apartment;
2. There will be charged a lodging fee per day, per animal hosted, which must be paid together with the daily rates of the apartment, either at check-in or at the reservation;
3. The owner of the PET must present the updated vaccination card of the animal (dog / cat) at the time of check-in;
4. The owner of the PET must bring all the utensils and containers necessary for the stay of the animal (food, accommodation, guide and hygiene material);
5. The PET owner is responsible for any damage caused by the animal either in the apartment and its furniture, or in the common areas;
6. Cleaning of solid and liquid waste is the responsibility of the guest;
7. In case of any damage to the apartment, the guest will be notified by the hotel along with the amount corresponding to the damage or according to the budget submitted by the outsourced company selected by the hotel, which will perform the service, following the standard of the apartment.
8. We ask that PET (dog / cat) do not make persistent noise and followed. We ask for collaboration and common sense towards the individuality of other guests;
9. It is not permissible to leave the animal alone, not even in the apartment;
10. The circulation of PET by the hotel`s social area, including the bar and restaurant, is not allowed;
11. Pets are allowed to move in social lifts only if the animal is in boxes or in the carrier`s lap;
12. The owner of the animal must fill out the responsibility at the time of check-in;
